It's a BOY!

Today we had our 20 week ultrasound and IT'S A BOY! Lets just say that Justin is jumping up and down. This is the first picture that we saw when starting the ultra-sound...and ya we are for sure that it is a BOY! We are way excited to have another little one join our family. The ultrasound said that our new due date is Sept 22nd. I really don't think that that will matter because they said that about Leah and she came right when we thought that she would. I guess we will just have to wait and see. They also said that he has a great heart rate at 147 beats per minute. So everything looks great. I guess we will have to start buying blue. Here are some more fun pictures.

Happy Easter 2011

Happy Easter!!! This I cant believe that Easter is here! On Saturday, Leah and I waited for Justin to get home to go to Jubilee to see the Easter Bunny. I have always loved our old pictures of us setting on the Easter Bunny's lap so, when I heard that the Easter Bunny was going to be a Jubilee I was so excited to do the same with Leah. We got there at the perfect time because there was no line to see the Easter Bunny. I was a little nervous that Leah would not set on the Easter Bunny's lap because all day I had been asking her if she was going to set on his lap and she would tell me no. When we got into the store and she had seen the bunny she was so excited and wanted to walk right up to him and sit on his lap. She was so good, I was really glad that she did not cry and kept wanting to go set on his lap again once her turn was over. Here is her cute picture...
After we sat on the Easter Bunny's lap we got to go over and decorate some cookies to eat. She didn't care about anything but the frosting. After we were done I had to get a few random things in the store and Leah was just happy to lick off all of the icing on her cookie.
We woke up this morning and the Easter Bunny had made an appearance at our house. Leah was so cute, she kept saying oohs and ahas. She loved all the candy and could not wait to open any of it. She had to sample all the treats in her basket. Here are a few pictures of our Easter Baskets.

General Conference

Justin and I were lucky enough to get tickets to the Sunday Session of General Conference. The bishop had given up three tickets because we were thinking that we could take Leah with us. As we got reading the tickets we realized that no one under the age 8 could attend so we had an extra ticket. We were tying to decide what to do with the extra ticket, and we thought of Garrett because he is always saying that he wishes that he could actually go to conference. So we decided to call him up and ask if he wanted to go. Garrett was excited about it and of course said yes! We decided to go and stay at Justin's brother's home in Harmon near Salt Lake City. Leah was excited when we arrived in Harmon because she had not seen her cousins since they had moved from Vernal a couple of weeks prior. That night we went to dinner and played some games before going to sleep. The next morning we got up really early and left Leah with her uncle John and started the 35 minute drive to SLC. We had to be in our seats by 9am so we could watch the "Sounds of Sunday" with the Motab choir. We actually had really good seats, we were in the balcony in the middle section up near the front. It was so nice to be able to see the prophet and the many great talks that were given.
After the morning session  we drove back to John and Miriam's and they had lunch ready. It was really yummy. We then packed up our things and headed back home. On the way out of town, Garrett insisted that we stop and take a picture of the new Oquirah Mountain Temple that is literly right up the hill from John and Miriams home. So we stopped and took some pictures. The temple is very beautiful but it was very cold because it was snowing that day. Here are some pictures of the temple.

Happy Birthday Dustin

This year for Dustin's Birthday, mom and dad invited my family over for some good Japanese dinner. We had some yummy yakisoba and some currey and rice. After dinner we went up to Dustin's grave and hung balloons on his grave. We also got some great pictures of Ashley and her kids along with Mom, Dad and the boys. I don't remember why Justin and I didn't get a picture, but I think that I was the one taking the pictures. Oh, well. After we finished at the grave we went back to the house and some cake and icecream. It was a
good birthday. Dustin we miss you and love you.

Yummy!!!

Leah loves mashed potato's. Every time we eat them she keeps saying Yum Yum Yum...They are her favorite food. This last time we ate them I had to take these pictures I hope that you all enjoy.

Sick!!!

In the month of January and February it seemed like Justin, Leah, and myself were always sick. In that time Leah had three ear infections, strep throat, sinus infection, and many other symptoms. Justin and I kept wondering why every time we turned around one of us was sick and then the whole family would have it. Not fun. This one Sunday I decided that I was going to church and so I left Leah and Justin home. When I returned home I found Leah and Justin sleeping in the bedroom. Leah was laying on Justin's chest. I had to take a picture because they were so cute. I am glad to report that we are doing great now. I am glad that we are over the sickness.
